What can an administrator do in BCarm?

There are different types of Administrators in BCarm, for both BCarm and the individual management systems. These are explained below:-

  • Create and manage organisation groups and locations
  • Attach employees to organisation group
  • Create and attach users to roles
  • View uploaded files
  • Manage printed headers and add company logos
  • Manage archived records

E-Learning Administrator can:

  • View users training records
  • Reset training due dates
  • Run reports
  • Assign modules to training plans
  • Set course references

Business Continuity (BC) Main Administrator can:

  • Create new plans
  • View/edit all existing plans and associate BC plan users to specific plans
  • Authorise BC measures
  • Change the status of BC measures
  • Set task alerts
  • Authorise tasks set up by BC plan users

Incident Response Plan (IRP) Main Administrator can:

  • Create new plans
  • View/edit all existing plans and associate BCP users to specific plans
  • Authorise tasks set up by BCP users

Environmental Management Administrator can:

  • Attach users and employees to report groups
  • Manage archived records
