BCarm Administrator can:
- Add/manage employees
- Set the products they have access to
- Enable other administrator users
- Create training plans
- View on-screen confirmation codes
Health & Safety Management Administrator can:
- Create and manage organisation groups and locations
- Attach employees to organisation group
- Create and attach users to roles
- View uploaded files
- Manage printed headers and add company logos
- Manage archived records
E-Learning Administrator can:
- View users training records
- Reset training due dates
- Run reports
- Assign modules to training plans
- Set course references
Business Continuity (BC) Main Administrator can:
- Create new plans
- View/edit all existing plans and associate BC plan users to specific plans
- Authorise BC measures
- Change the status of BC measures
- Set task alerts
- Authorise tasks set up by BC plan users
Incident Response Plan (IRP) Main Administrator can:
- Create new plans
- View/edit all existing plans and associate BCP users to specific plans
- Authorise tasks set up by BCP users
Environmental Management Administrator can:
- Create and manage report groups and departments
- Attach users and employees to report groups
- Manage archived records
- Mange printed headers and add company logos
- Manage dashboards
