Troubleshoot E-Learning Issues

Technical problems with E-Learning are rare, but if you do encounter any of the below issues, you can try some of our troubleshooting tips.

ISSUE: I cannot complete my course/ the screen is blank /the course will not load.

Troubleshooting options:

  1. Press the CTRL and F5 keys together (clearing the cache) to refresh the screen.
  2. Try using a different internet browser (e.g. If  you were using Microsoft Edge, try using Google Chrome).
  3. Make sure Popups are enabled. (You may need to log out and then log back into the e-learning system once you have allowed Pop-Ups.)
  4. When completing a course on a mobile device, you may have difficulties simply because the target touch area is too small. Therefore we recommend completing your training on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, such as an iPad.
  5. If using an Android device (e.g. a non-Apple tablet), we recommend using Firefox as the main browser.
  6. If a remote device has access to both a mobile network and Wi-Fi, and the Wi-Fi assist option is switched on it may cause a break in signal if the Wi-Fi goes weak. This can then interrupt the training connection and could cause your course to freeze.
  7. If the above steps don't work, check if your device meets our E-Learning Technical Specifications
