Technical problems with E-Learning are rare, but if you do encounter any of the below issues, you can try some of our troubleshooting tips.
ISSUE: I cannot complete my course/ the screen is blank /the course will not load.
Troubleshooting options:
- Press the CTRL and F5 keys together (clearing the cache) to refresh the screen.
- Try using a different internet browser (e.g. If you were using Microsoft Edge, try using Google Chrome).
- Make sure Popups are enabled. (You may need to log out and then log back into the e-learning system once you have allowed Pop-Ups.)
- When completing a course on a mobile device, you may have difficulties simply because the target touch area is too small. Therefore we recommend completing your training on a desktop computer, laptop or tablet, such as an iPad.
- If using an Android device (e.g. a non-Apple tablet), we recommend using Firefox as the main browser.
- If a remote device has access to both a mobile network and Wi-Fi, and the Wi-Fi assist option is switched on it may cause a break in signal if the Wi-Fi goes weak. This can then interrupt the training connection and could cause your course to freeze.
- If the above steps don't work, check if your device meets our E-Learning Technical Specifications
