BCarm has 3 different resources you can use to deliver and manage Training.
1. E-Learning
The BCarm E-Learning suite can be deployed across your business in minutes and hours and be set up to deliver relevant Health & Safety awareness training to different employee groups.
The standard course suite are shown below, but this can be extended if required:

Each course takes approximately 40 minutes to complete and includes a tutorial, self-test for which a certificate is awarded and a self-audit of the employees working environment.
Management tools allow quick and easy access to training records and to also manage training that is outstanding or needs be renewed.
Employee data can be uploaded simply from a spread sheet in 5 minutes.
2. Training Matrix
This is in the Health & Safety Management system and will help you to manage all of your non - E-Learning training, including renewals and retaining training records.
You add the training you provide in to the matrix, "enrol" the employees on the relevant courses and record the training once complete.
It will allow you to record renewable training and the system will issues task alerts to nominated individuals when training needs to be renewed.
3. Toolbox Talks
There is a suite of 77 Toolbox Talks on the subjects shown below available in Health & Safety Management which you can use as the basis of your Toolbox Sessions. These too can be added into the Training Matrix:
