Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) can form an essential part of your Health & Safety arrangements and is often a mandatory means of protecting employees.
The PPE, Plant & Asset Manager within the BCarm system enables you to detail the PPE requirements for different types of jobs and then allocate that job (and associated PPE) to an individual.
BCarm system enables you to:
- Record when PPE is issued
- Generate a Sign off Sheet from the PPE Issue Matrix, which the employee can then sign as receipt of their PPE
- This can be scanned, uploaded and stored in the system for safe keeping
PPE must always be in good working order so the system allows you to specify how often it must be inspected, maintained and replaced.
It also has a fault log.
You can run reports and/or receive email alerts when required.
