How do I create my company's reporting dashboard?

The BCarm system contains a variety of information that can be reported on, allowing the business to demonstrate compliance and establish key performance indicators (KPI's).

When in the risk manager, select the reporting centre to start creating bespoke reports on various aspects of the organisations Health & Safety performance.

The reporting centre can be used to view a bigger picture, or tailored to individual organisational groups in the business. This will allow the management team to set KPI's across different departments and align performance.

To set up a report, click on the '+' symbol in the empty box, this will allow the user to pick a report and will offer up 2 drop down boxes to select information from:

  • Module - you must select which module of the Health & Safety Management System the report will focus on, the options are Task Management, Risk Assessments, Checklists and Accident Management.
  • Report - the contents of this drop down will depend on the module selected and will allow the user to delve deeper in the information.

You can populate your dashboard with up to 9 different reports and these can all be filtered by org group by filtering the select org group drop down box.

Compliance Dashboard

In this section you can view your overall compliance  in areas such as tasks, checklists, risk assessments and accidents, by clicking on the individual area, you can then access more detailed information on the relevant area.
