Toolbox Talks

A Toolbox Talk is an informal safety meeting, usually conducted before a specific job is undertaken, which discusses workplace hazards and safe working practices.

The Health & Safety Management system comes with a library of pre-loaded articles which you can use to hold your own Toolbox Talks.


Go to Training Centre then Toolbox Talks to take a look.

If you find a Toolbox Talk that you think might be helpful to you or your employees, you can select the Toolbox Talk and convert it into a course that you can assign your employees to.

Just click ‘View’ and scroll to the section that says 'Create a course on the training matrix for this toolbox talk.'

Once you click ‘Create’, this Toolbox Talk course will be copied over to the 'Manage Courses' section, and will be available to edit, and assign employees to. Or you can click ‘Edit’ right away.
