Multi-Factor Authentication

MFA requires users to provide multiple verification factors to access their account, enhancing security by going beyond usernames and passwords.

Contact BCarm to enable Multi-Factor Authentication for your organisation. 

If enabled, our MFA service requires users to confirm their login through the Microsoft or Google Authenticator app available in the Play or App Store.

 

Two-Factor Authentication - First-time setup.

To Set Up Two-Factor Authentication, follow these steps to enhance the security of your account:

 

Scan the QR Code:

Download and open your authenticator app and scan the QR code you see upon login.

Both Microsoft Authenticator and Google Authenticator can be used for this purpose, available in the Play or App Store.

 

 

 

Enter the Code:

Once scanned, your app will generate a 6-digit code. Enter this code below and click Verify.

Going forward your Authenticator App will provide a code that you will need each time you log in to BCarm.
