I need to change my Employee's Name in BCarm

If you have entered an employee's name incorrectly, or their name has changed, our Helpdesk can help.

Admin users in BCarm can update their employee's account details, however they are not able to change their employee's names in the system.

If you would like an employee's name to be updated, just contact the our helpdesk on 0800 879 99 81 or info@bcarm.co.uk

The helpdesk is available Mon-Fri between 8.30 to 5.30.
