The BCarm App includes a Hazard Reporting module. You can report Hazards from the App or via the BCarm desktop site. However, you can only report hazards from the App, you cannot see a history of previously reported Hazards.
To use the module, tap Hazard Reporting from the BCarm HSM Dashboard.
You will then have the following options:
Report Hazard
or
View your Queued Hazards (these are hazards that you have reported, that will be queued to sync.)
You will then be directed to the Hazard report form.
Fields marked with an asterisk(*) are mandatory.
The form will allow you to attach images from your device, or take a photo with your device camera.
There is also a tick box at the bottom of the form if you wish to submit your Hazard Report anonymously.
When you have finished your Hazard Report, tap Save and Submit.
