The E-Learning platform allows you to personalise any automated emails that go out to you and your team. These are known as Trigger or Chaser emails.
If you go to ‘Organisation’ > ‘E-mail Management’ you will be able to see the automated emails that the system will deliver.
At the top of the page you will see a Trigger Emails and a Chaser Emails tab.
Under ‘Status’ use the toggle button to switch these emails on or off.
Under ‘Actions’ can edit these emails to adjust:
- What triggers the email
- Who receives the email
- What is the content of the e-mail.
