E-Learning - Compliance Reporting

Compliance reporting provides insights into the status of your E-Learning enrolments, including whether they have been completed, and what training is still outstanding.

Compliance Reporting

You will have a Compliance Report widget on your E-Learning homepage. This is a real-time indicator of compliance across your area of responsibility.

Click on ‘View’ to go to the Compliance Reporting page

Alternatively, you can access this via the Menu in the upper right hand corner (should resemble three horizontal lines). Select ‘Analytics and Reports’, then ‘Compliance Reporting’.

The Compliance Report will then show compliance by Activity

You are also able to view compliance by Learner, Code (Training Group/Enrolment Event), or Activity (Courses and Self Assessments).

(Guidance on how to read and understand this report is in the next section.)

There are Search and Filter options at the top of the page, and you can print or download the results.

Understanding the Compliance Report

There are four columns on the right-hand side of the report, providing the details around compliance.

In the above example, we have a compliance report pivoted on Activity, and can see the compliance rates for the Fire Safety Awareness course.

  • Required – the number of Learners (employees) who are required to complete the Fire Safety course (7).
  • Compliant – the number of Learners who have completed the Fire Safety course so far (1).
  • Non-Compliant – the number of Learners who have not yet completed the Fire Safety course (6).

This gives the Fire Safety Awareness course a Compliance Score of 14%.

Compliance Reporting Functionality~

  • Pivot the Compliance Report by:

    - Activity – shows compliance against courses and risk assessments.

    - Code – results are grouped by Compliance Code. If you have not set up any Compliance Code this will simply show compliance by Enrolment Event (Training Group).

    - Learners – shows compliance rates for each of your E-Learning users.

  • Sort by column heading – just click on the heading you wish to sort by.

  • Click on any of the number values - a pop-up window will appear with a detailed report of what that number comprises of.
Download All - This data can be downloaded as an Excel spreadsheet.
Email – tick the rows and click ‘Email’ to email the learners listed in the report.

  • Click on any row in the first column to drill down further.

    - Compliance by Activity will break down by Department.

    - Compliance by Code will break down by Activities under the selected code.

    - Compliance by Learner will break down by the Activities the learner is enrolled on.
